Abu Simbel
On this excursion we will visit the amazing temples of Abu Simbel, the only monuments in Egypt that can compete in grandeur with the three great pyramids of Giza.
Temple of Edfu
The Temple of Edfu is a temple of Ancient Egypt located on the west bank of the Nile in the city of Edfu which during the Greco-Roman period was known as Apolinopolis Magna, dedicated to the god of gods, Horus.
Karnak Temple
We will visit the Temple of Karnak, the largest in all of Egypt, built over many years between 2200 and 360 B.C. Inside, we will appreciate the great Temple of Amun and other smaller temples.
Nile River
The Nile, a river flowing north in Africa, is among the longest waterways in the world and is famous for its ancient history and the archaeological sites found along its banks. The fertile lower Nile gave rise to the ancient Egyptian civilization and still hosts the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx of Giza near Cairo. Tourist vessels, from luxurious cruises to traditional feluccas, also travel between the cities of Luxor and Aswan.
Aswan
Aswan is the southernmost city of Egypt, on the eastern bank of the Nile, at the height of the first cataract and capital of the homonymous governorate. Its population is 219,017 inhabitants, and it is located 106 meters above sea level.
