Cancellation and Change Policy
At Drimer we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to cancel or change your trip. Below, we explain our changes and cancellations policy so you know what you can do in each situation.
During the experience
For the cancellation and modification of the travel experience and additional activities, once the payment date has passed, the reservation cannot be canceled or modified.
In cases of force majeure duly justified by an official document (for example, medical certificate, police report, etc.), cancellation or modification of the reservation may be requested. However, this request will be subject to the provider’s approval, who will make the final decision.
In some cases, this process may involve cancellation fees, which will be borne by the customer.
As for changes, they can be made before the payment date at no cost by contacting our team at [email protected]. After the payment date, we will do our best to make the requested change, but there may be an additional surcharge depending on the specific case.
For the additional flight service
Because we always seek to offer the best flight prices, the fare we obtain does not allow changes or cancellations of flights. For this reason, flights cannot be cancelled or changed in any case. We recommend that you carefully review the flight details before making the reservation to ensure all details are correct.
However, if passenger data has been incorrectly entered into the platform, please contact our team as soon as possible via email at [email protected] to request the change with the airline. If the airline accepts the change, making this change may incur an additional cost. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly enter passenger data on the platform.
