Cancellation and Change Policy
At Drimer we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to cancel or change your trip. Below, we explain our changes and cancellations policy so you know what you can do in each situation.
During the experience
For cancellation of the trip experience and additional activities, we offer the option to cancel 100% at no cost until the payment date. The payment date varies by destination and will be informed during the booking process, but generally ranges between 15 and 30 days before the trip. Once past the payment date, the trip will not be cancellable.
Regarding changes, it is possible to make them before the payment date at no cost by contacting our team via email at [email protected]. After the payment date, we will do our best to make the requested change, but there may be an additional charge, depending on each case.
For the additional flight service
Because we always seek to offer the best flight prices, the fare we obtain does not allow changes or cancellations of flights. For this reason, flights cannot be cancelled or changed in any case. We recommend that you carefully review the flight details before making the reservation to ensure all details are correct.
However, if passenger data has been incorrectly entered into the platform, please contact our team as soon as possible via email at [email protected] to request the change with the airline. If the airline accepts the change, making this change may incur an additional cost. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly enter passenger data on the platform.
