Vilnius
Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, is known for its Baroque architecture, which is particularly appreciated in the medieval old town. However, the buildings lining the streets (some of them cobblestoned) in this district reflect various styles and periods, from the neoclassical Vilnius Cathedral to the Gothic Church of St. Anne. The Gate of Dawn, from the 16th century, which has a shrine with a sacred image of the Virgin Mary, once protected the entrance to the original city.
Trakai
Trakai is a city located in Vilnius Province, in Lithuania. According to the 2021 census, it has a population of 5426 inhabitants. It is the administrative center of the region. A part of Trakai is part of the territory of Trakai Historical National Park. The urban area of the city covers 11.5 km² of area.
Vilnius Cathedral
The Cathedral of Vilnius is the main Catholic church in Lithuania. It is located in the Cathedral Square in the historic center of the city of Vilnius, inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is dedicated to Stanislaus of Krakow and Wladyslaw I of Hungary.
