Bucharest has numerous attractions and landmarks such as the massive Palace of Parliament, the second-largest administrative building in the world, along with medieval churches, Art-Nouveau palaces, and the beautiful Romanian Athenaeum. The city also boasts diverse cultural institutions, parks, and a vibrant nightlife.

Bucharest Hot Springs

Palace of Parliament

The Palace of the Romanian Parliament is the seat of the two chambers of the Romanian Parliament. It is situated on Spirii Hill in the center of Bucharest, being the largest civilian administrative building in the world and was the second largest building in the world after the U.S. Pentagon.

The Stavropoleos Monastery, also known as Stavropoleos Church during the last century when the monastery was dissolved, is an Eastern Orthodox monastery for nuns in the center of Bucharest, Romania. Its church is built in Brâncovenesc style. The patrons of the church are the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel.

Curtea Veche Palace

The Curtea Veche Church is a Romanian Orthodox church located at 33 Franceză Street in the Lipscani neighborhood of Bucharest, Romania. It is dedicated to the Feast of the Annunciation and to Saint Anthony the Great.
