Change and cancellation policy

At Drimer we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned and you may need to cancel or change your trip. This is our change and cancellation policy so that you know what you can do in each situation.
In the trip experience

We offer the option to cancel 100% at no cost up to the payment date for the trip experience and additional activities. The payment date varies according to the destination and will be highlighted during the checkout process, but generally ranges between 15 and 30 days before the trip. Once the payment date is over, the trip will not be cancelable.

As for the changes, it is possible to make them before the payment date without any cost, communicating with our team through the email support@drimer.io. After the payment date, we will do everything possible to make the requested change, but there may be additional surcharge, depending on each case.

In the additional flight service

Because we always seek to offer the best price of flights, the rate we get does not allow changes or cancellations of flights. For this reason, in no case is it cancerable or changes in flights can be made. We recommend that you carefully check the flight details before making the reservation to ensure that all the details are correct.

However, if the personal information of a passenger has been incorrectly introduced, please contact our team as soon as possible through the email support@drimer.io to request the change in the airline. In the event that the airline accepts the change, making this change may imply an additional cost. It is the client's responsibility to correctly enter passenger data.
